HOW DOES A MOBILE AUTO DETAILING SERVICE WORK?
Once we receive your request for service, we will set up a short meet and greet. This will give us the opportunity to not only view the vehicle but also initiate the customer experience. It is important that we see the vehicle prior to its actual service to ensure that we are matching you with the right services that will leave you and the car feeling like an executive. Once we do the vehicle inspection, we will provide you with a set of service and maintenance recommendations and give you the option to choose what best fits you at the time. At this time, we will also confirm and finalize your online request booking.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU TRAVEL TO?
Executive Auto Detailing will have a focus on the communities of Byron Center, Hudsonville, Kentwood, Wyoming, Caledonia, Ada, East Grand Rapids and Grand Rapids. We will travel to Muskegon and Holland with a travel fee of $25 per trip.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
The bill will be due at the end of service.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Regarding payment, we accept but do not prefer cash. In addition to accepting all major credit cards, we also accept Cash app, Venmo and PayPal.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY CAR IS SMALL, MEDIUM, OR LARGE?
Small vehicles would be your two door couples, convertibles and 4 door sedans. Medium vehicles would be most crossovers, small trucks and small SUV’s. Large vehicles would be 3 row seating vehicles, large trucks, large SUVs and minivans. At the time of the initial inspection, we will cover the size of the vehicle with you to ensure that the quoting process is intact.
